First West will welcome Liz Repella and she will address the EDGE basketball players, coaches, their families, and members of First West for a SLAM DUNK SUNDAY

Repella was a four-year letter winner at West Virginia University (2008-11), earning Academic All-America first-team honors twice (2010, 2011) and setting the school record for games played in a career (134). A two-time captain, Repella also earned All-BIG EAST first-team accolades as a junior and senior while picking up second-team honors as a sophomore. Prior to her senior season, she was named to the WBCA State Farm Wade Trophy Watch List and was a second-team Lowe's All-American during her final season.

After completing her playing career for the Mountaineers, Liz played a season of professional basketball for Federacion Espanola de Baloncesto in Ferrol, Spain. She earned All-Spanish LF2 Honorable Mention and All-Bosmans Team Spanish LF2 honors during her time overseas.

Liz spent time on the other side of the court coaching. She was the Assistant Director of Operations at the University of Michigan from 2012-2014. She then spent three years in Morgantown as a graduate assistant.

Repella graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, along with minors in Exercise and Sport Psychology and Business Management. Liz also holds a Masters in Athletic Coaching Education and a Masters in Industrial Relations.

Liz currently lives in New Jersey and is the Human Resource Senior Representative for Frito-Lay.
